We understand that this amount has been established through negotiations with the City of Santa Ana. The table will be the determining factor on the resources we have available to address the tasks remaining and to be requested by the city. Within the table, the last three columns are most relevant to this amendment. We have highlighted how the budget augment of $22,500 is distributed amongst the tasks, what we have already expended as a result of prior requests by the city. And finally, the amount of budget that remains in each of the tasks that is yet to be completed. For reference only, we have retained the discussion previously provided to you and the city in our amendment #2 request letter dated December 10, 2012. It provides a narrative of the work completed to date, out of scope work, and an estimate of effort needed to respond to the city's comments at the time. It is noted that the estimated levels of effort has been superceded by the table attached. EXERCEPTS FROM IBI LETER DATED 12-10-12 IBI Group is pleased to be a part of your team on the Warner Avenue Widening Preliminary Engineering (PE)/Environmental Document (ED) Project. This letter provides a summary of additional work scope and anticipated task hours needed to complete the Warner Avenue preliminary engineering based on comments received to date. There were a number of significant events including the project being put on hold for almost two years and a number of staff changes, both with the city and team, during the evolution of the project that have led us to this point. What we have provided identifies work that we have been scoped to complete, including the amendment we received on February 10, 2012, out of scope work that we were asked to complete by the city, and an estimate of the effort needed to respond to the city's current comments.
