This includes work that was <br />completed to support the out of scope Public Involvement effort such as the renaming of <br />alternatives for public presentation that results in a deviation of the alternatives naming <br />convention. <br />Cost to Complete. <br />• Further refinement of Preliminary Engineering Report to respond to the city's comments <br />about the description of alternatives to match the public involvement.
