SOW Format: <br />Each task includes the following: Title, Objective, Task Description, Responsibilities and <br />Completion Criteria. The tasks are depicted on the project schedule. All parties recognize that <br />the SOW is not formatted chronologically with contractual obligations defaulting to Project <br />Schedule unless otherwise noted. <br />Task 1: S4 Microsite Updates, Management & Maintenance <br />Objective: <br />Update, manage and maintain the technical platform and content updates for the microsite <br />web hub for OC's S4 initiative. <br />Task Description: <br />Westbound will host, update and maintain the S4 microsite that serves as the campaign's <br />online hub. This includes handling all 24/7 website content, maintenance and management <br />activities and support such as website updates, site optimization, site maintenance, site <br />management and site metrics/reporting needs in accordance with approved processes and <br />protocols. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />a. Manage and maintain the S4 microsite. <br />Santa Ana shall: <br />a. Approve site updates and management activities. <br />Completion Criteria: <br />This task will be continuously implemented throughout the performance period. <br />Task 2: S4 Social Media Platform Updates & Management <br />Objective: <br />Update and manage the ongoing social media program supporting S4 public awareness <br />activities and engagement activities using Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. <br />Task Description: <br />Maintain S4 social media platforms through daily and weekly content updates, management <br />and maintenance. This include developing and monitoring 24/7 social media content and <br />managing selected social media platforms noted below, all in accordance with approved S4 <br />processes and protocols for each medium. <br />Responsibilities: <br />WBC shall: <br />g.
