COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT NO. C-2-1992 <br />ATTACHMENT A <br />car studies requirement after the initial 4 day training session if deemed appropriate by <br />the APM and the AGENCIES. <br />Consultant shall be responsible for all expenses related to training, including travel, <br />lodging and per diem plus actual training course fees, licenses, and document <br />production required from the program vendor. OCTA shall supply the IS Training Room <br />and sufficient numbers of laptops and workstations to train up to maximum 22 <br />individuals associated with the Project. Project participants or their respective <br />designees shall have priority of attendance over all other persons. OCTA personnel <br />shall have priority of attendance over all other persons for the HCM training module. <br />Schedule for this Task 10 Traffic Signal Modeling Software Support shall be determined <br />by the Project Development Team at the Kick -Off b. or first Project Development Team <br />Meeting. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. Four module training session as specified. <br />2. Software with licenses, and manuals as specified <br />16 <br />
