Fregoso <br />City of Santa Ana <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />and level of effort associated with performing the above scope of work as specified above and based <br />on the cultural resource issues experienced on this project since release of the DEIR. <br />We anticipate the environmental document can be completed within the general schedule outlined by <br />City staff on June 11, 2012, with a Revised Draft EIR ready for recirculation by end of October; <br />however, a finalized schedule will be prepared upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed for this <br />proposal. Based on the information received to date, it is envisioned that the project costs will be as <br />anticipated in our proposal. However, circumstances and issues that cannot be anticipated ahead of <br />time may be encountered that will affect project costs and/or .,schedule, which will result in additional <br />costs.
