TASK 08 -- PROJECT: MANAGEMENT The project management task is for continued day-to-day management of the project through the extended, duration of this project Until the time of anticipated review by the Planning Commission and City.Gouncil, Activities utadei` his task include quality control, billing, preparation and review of status reports and invoices, and coordination with the City for any project -related issues for this highly controvetsiia project.. The' project manager assigned to this task will participate in conference calls or meetings, as"needed, with the City regarding any issues that may arise during preparation and review of the environmental document. COST AND SCHEDULE URS' estimated cost to implement the services is $48,905.00 based on a not -to -exceed, time -and - materials basis.
