The Housing Authority pays the <br />difference between the tenant's portion and the contract rent. This payment <br />is the Housing Assistance Payment (HAP). <br />The average HAP for October through December 2012 was $889. <br />Production <br />HQS Inspections <br /> <br />Each assisted unit must be r 250 <br />inspected at least annually to <br />200 <br />ensure it meets the Housing <br />Quality Standards (HQS) in 150 <br />F <br />compliance with federal y <br />guidelines.
