In accordance with <br />CTFP guidelines, the construction contract for this project must be awarded by June 30, 2013. <br />This project involves property acquisitions from various property and business owners, and the <br />Public Works Agency has made a diligent effort to negotiate and complete these acquisitions to <br />meet the funding timeline. While most property acquisitions were completed by October 2012, <br />staff has continued to negotiate in good faith, but an impasse was reached on several properties. <br />Therefore, the City Council adopted Resolutions of Necessity for 202 N.
