Authorization to Submit Environmental <br />Justice Grant Program Application <br />March 18, 2013 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />Per Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act, this action is exempt from <br />further review as there is no potential for any environmental impact. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Environmental Justice Program will provide 90 percent of the funding on an approved <br />project with a required local match of 10 percent.
