The City and Consultant entered into that certain Agreement ' for : Provision of Arbitrage Rebate Compliance <br />Services dated August T, 2010, hereinafter referred to as "said Ap'cement ", for Consultant to provide financial <br />analyses and ctdculations relating to arbitrage rebate requirements. <br />I3. The parties desire to amend said Agreement in order to extend tf e ter a thereof, <br />WHEREFORJi, in consideratiota of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and <br />mane, and subject to all of the tennis and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the parties hereto do <br />hereby agree as follows: <br />1. `fhe "Terns" ofsaid Agreement (Section 1) shall be amended and extended through dune 3U, 2011. <br />2.
