Therefore staff recommends awarding the contract and <br />proceeding with construction. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed project is exempt from <br />further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. 2012 -56 has been filed for this <br />project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />A project cost analysis shown in Exhibit 1 determines that the total funds needed to deliver the <br />project, which includes construction administration, inspection, testing, and contingencies, is <br />approximately $323,400.
