The types of <br />assessments utilized are Employment Readiness Assessment and <br />Learning Disability Evaluation and are provided through a <br />separate contracted service provider. <br />3.12 Welfare-To-Work (WTW): A mandated program under <br />CalWORKs which requires parents or caretakers in families on <br />CalWORKs assistance, unless exempted, to meet work requirements <br />by participating in WTW activities with a goal of unsubsidized <br />employment leading to self-sufficiency. <br />3.13 WTW Staff: An SSA employee or contracted case <br />management staff, either an Initial Services Worker (ISW) or WTW <br />Case Manager (WTW CM), who is assigned to each WTW participant to <br />monitor the progression of the participant through the WTW <br />program and has primary responsibility to resolve the <br />(WAM0313) <br />8 of 48 <br />25B-10 <br />(April 8, 2013)
