STATUS OF CONTRACTOR <br />CONTRACTOR is and shall at all times be deemed to be an <br />independent contractor and shall be wholly responsible for the <br />manner in which it performs the services required of it by the <br />terms of this Agreement. Nothing herein contained shall be <br />construed as creating the relationship of employer and employee, <br />or principal and agent, between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR or any of <br />CONTRACTOR's agents or employees. CONTRACTOR assumes exclusively <br />the responsibility for the acts of its employees or agents as <br />they relate to services to be provided during the course and <br />scope of their employment. <br />CONTRACTOR, its agents, employees, and volunteers shall not <br />be entitled to any rights and/or privileges of COUNTY employees, <br />and shall not be considered in any manner to be COUNTY employees. <br />5. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, STAFFING <br />5.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to provide those services, <br />facilities, equipment and supplies as described in the Exhibit <br />(WAM0313) <br />9 of 48 <br />25B-11 <br />(April 8, 2013)
