1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />"A" to the Agreement between County of Orange and City of Santa <br />Ana for the Provision of Vocational Training Activities and Work <br />Experience, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this <br />Agreement with the number and type of staff described and as <br />required for provision of services hereunder pursuant to the <br />personnel disclosure provisions of this Agreement. <br />5.2 Subject to thirty (30) days written notice, <br />ADMINISTRATOR may, in his or her sole discretion, require changes <br />in staffing allocations to reflect current workload demands or <br />service needs as long as COUNTY's maximum obligation as set forth <br />in this Agreement is not exceeded. <br />5.3 Upon the request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall <br />send appropriate staff to attend an orientation session and <br />subsequent training sessions given by COUNTY. <br />6. LICENSES AND STANDARDS <br />6.1 CONTRACTOR warrants that it has all necessary licenses <br />and permits required by the laws of the United States, State of <br />California, County of Orange, and all other appropriate <br />governmental agencies to perform the services described in this <br />Agreement, and agrees to maintain these licenses and permits in <br />effect for the duration of this Agreement. Further, CONTRACTOR <br />warrants that its employees shall conduct themselves in <br />compliance with such laws and licensure requirements including, <br />without limitation, compliance with laws applicable to sexual <br />harassment and ethical behavior. <br />6.2 In the performance of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall <br />comply, unless waived in whole or in part by ADMINISTRATOR, with <br />(WAM0313) <br />10 of 48 <br />25B-12 <br />(April 8, 2013)
