All such lists shall be submitted to <br />ADMINISTRATOR within ten (10) days of any request therefore. <br />18. To report in writing to ADMINISTRATOR <br />immediately after discovery, the loss or theft of any items of <br />Capital Equipment. For stolen items, the local law enforcement <br />agency must be contacted and a copy of the police report <br />submitted to ADMINISTRATOR. <br />18.1.4To purchase a policy or policies of insurance <br />covering loss or damage to any and all Capital Equipment <br />purchased under this Agreement, in the amount of the full <br />replacement value thereof, providing protection against the <br />classification of fire, extended coverage, vandalism, malicious <br />mischief and special extended perils (all risks) covering the <br />parties' interests as they appear. <br />18.2 The purchase of any Capital Equipment by CONTRACTOR <br />shall be requested in writing, shall require the prior written <br />approval of ADMINISTRATOR, and shall fulfill the provisions of <br />this Agreement which are appropriate and directly related to <br />CONTRACTOR's service or activity under the terms of the <br />Agreement. COUNTY may refuse reimbursement for any costs <br />resulting from Capital Equipment purchased, which are incurred by <br />CONTRACTOR, if prior written approval has not been obtained from <br />ADMINISTRATOR. <br />18.3 No personal computers or any component thereof may be <br />purchased with funds provided under this Agreement. <br />(WAM0313) <br />25 of 48 <br />25B-27 <br />(April 8, 2013)
