All <br />participants referred to VTR activities must meet all eligibility <br />requirements of the VTR activity. <br />2.3 CONTRACTOR shall not refuse participants without <br />discussion and concurrence by WTW staff prior to any action to <br />minimize issues that impede participants' ability to complete VTR <br />activities. <br />3. SERVICES <br />3.1 CONTRACTOR shall engage participants for the number of <br />hours as referred by WTW staff. <br />3.2 Individual CalWORKs WTW participation requirements are <br />currently as follows and are subject to change according to State <br />and Federal mandates: <br />3.2.1 One (1) Parent Assistance Unit: <br />A. Twenty (20) hours per week for single parents <br />with a child under six (6) years old. <br />B. Thirty (30) hours per week for single parents <br />without a child under six (6) years old. <br />3.2.2 Two (2) Parent Assistance Unit: <br />A. Thirty-five (35) hours per week for two (2) <br />parent Assistance Units. One (1) parent can satisfy the total <br />thirty-five (35) hour requirement.
