Due to the WTW twenty-four (24) Month <br />Time Clock, the VTR twelve (12) month lifetime limit has been <br />extended an additional twenty-four (24) months, not to exceed a <br />total of thirty-six (36) months, with prior approval from the SSA <br />Program Manager. VTR activities must be provided by vocational- <br />technical schools, postsecondary institutions or proprietary <br />schools. VTR activities shall be made available to participants <br />in areas identified as growth oriented, current or emerging <br />occupation, meeting an unmet community need, and in high demand <br />for new employees. VTR activities shall include, but not be <br />limited to, the following: <br />3.3.1 Certified Nurse's Assistant <br />3.3.2 Office Technology <br />3.3.3 Child Care Provider <br />3.3.4 Medical Liens Collections <br />3.3.5 Health Care careers <br />3.3.6 Hospitality <br />3.3.7 Protective Services <br />3.3.8 Transportation <br />3.4 WEX is a planned, structured learning experience that <br />occurs in the workplace for a limited period not to exceed four <br />(4) months in length. The WEX work site may include public or <br />private, for-profit or nonprofit organizations. WEX is a post- <br />(WAM0313) 4 of 22 <br />(April 8, 2013) <br />25B-54
