The MDT reviews case and <br />family elements to optimize the client's WTW activities or <br />develop other appropriate service plans for CalWORKs individuals <br />and families. MDT members may consist of staff from the <br />following areas: Social Services Agency (SSA) CalWORKs; Domestic <br />Abuse Services; Behavior Health Services; Public Health Nurse; <br />One-Stop Centers; SSA Children and Families Services; educational <br />providers; Job Services and Employment Support; Vocational <br />Assessment; WTW activity providers who could benefit from, or <br />contribute to, the discussion; and all other relevant <br />individuals. <br />3.4 One-Stop Centers: Employment-based facilities <br />integrating COUNTY and contracted service providers into single <br />workforce centers, which provide comprehensive career services <br />and labor market information to participants seeking jobs under <br />various Federal and State funded programs. The centers are <br />established statewide under S.B. 1417 (Chapter 819, Statutes of <br />1994), to implement a collaborative system of employment, <br />training and education programs and services, in support of <br />California's economic development.
