We <br />analyzed information gathered from your facility walk-through and fully examined your required specifications. <br />By doing this, we have determined the "best practices" for your facility based on our experience providing <br />similar services to customers in the same industry and infused them into a Day and Night Cleaning program <br />designed to meet your service needs. <br />Before we begin service delivery we will do a complete walk through with an SAPD representative and ABM <br />will provide Santa Ana Police Department with. <br />• Transition Plan - A detailed document that describes key dates and specific tasks ABM will <br />perform before and after service begins. <br />• Communications Plan - Includes the use of log books, call lists, wireless e-mail, two-way radios, <br />pagers and cell phones used by ABM personnel so that service requests can be handled <br />appropriately and efficiently. <br />• Procedures Manual - Documents our standard operating procedures for personnel to study, learn <br />and reference so we accurately perform our services right the first time, every time. <br />• Security Compliance - Appropriate security consistent with the requirements of your facility, <br />which may include key logs and background checks that can be incorporated into your site plan.
