<br />To develop a comprehensive inventory of pedestrian
<br />facilities and a program to provide a safe, convenient
<br />path for pedestrians that replicates as nearly as
<br />possible the most desirable characteristics of the
<br />existing sidewalks and footpaths. The project will
<br />provide safe and walkable communities
<br />accommodating all type of pedestrians, particularly
<br />those with disabilities.
