At Madison Park, along the western end of the project, the plans call for a four foot wide valley gutter adjacent to an existing block wall on private property. During excavation and grading for the valley gutter it was discovered that the new finish elevation is below the elevation of the footing for the block wall. A revised plan was issued, calling for the construction of 93 LF of retaining curb. (PCO #01) A prior approval was granted for this work on July 15, 2013. AGREED COST $ 1,468 2. At Madison Park, during excavation and grading for the basketball court, several large concrete foundations were discovered. It is recommended to remove and dispose of these foundations to enable the contractor to continue the grading for the basketball courts, (PCO #02) A prior approval was granted for this work on July 15, 2013.
