At Madison Park, along the western end of the project, the plans call for a four foot <br />wide valley gutter adjacent to an existing block wall on private property. During <br />excavation and grading for the valley gutter it was discovered that the new finish <br />elevation is below the elevation of the footing for the block wall. A revised plan was <br />issued, calling for the construction of 93 LF of retaining curb. (PCO #01) A prior <br />approval was granted for this work on July 15, 2013. <br />AGREED COST $ 1,468 <br />2. At Madison Park, during excavation and grading for the basketball court, several <br />large concrete foundations were discovered. It is recommended to remove and <br />dispose of these foundations to enable the contractor to continue the grading for the <br />basketball courts, (PCO #02) A prior approval was granted for this work on July 15, <br />2013. <br />AGREED COST $ 640 <br />CONTRACTOR: Hondo Company, Inc.
