it must first seek and obtain City approval as well as any necessary <br />permits, licenses or other approvals. Any outside group must <br />provide insurance naming Operator and the City of Santa Ana as <br />additional insureds and comply with the Insurance provisions in <br />Section 1 1 and 12 hereof. <br />N. Facility Staffing. Operator shall maintain staffing levels sufficient to <br />comply with its responsibilities under this Agreement. The Facilities <br />shall be staffed by Operator at all times during Operating Hours. <br />Operating Hours shall be from 8 am to 10 pm, Monday through <br />Friday; and from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. <br />Operating Hours may begin one half hour earlier as needed to <br />prepare for reservations. Operator shall be responsible for <br />supervision of the entire Facilities, including, but not limited to, <br />tennis courts, club house, locker rooms and showers, Twist-Basler <br />House and parking lot(s). Operator shall also be responsible for <br />enforcement of safety practices and regulations. <br />0. Facility Maintenance. Operator will maintain the entire Facilities in <br />a safe and clean condition, order and repair, including paying at its <br />own cost and expense for custodial services, maintenance of the <br />tennis courts and other improvements, including washing the courts, <br />replacing and maintaining nets and net posts/hardware, windscreens, <br />fences, ball machines and any other equipment. Operator agrees to <br />comply with the instructions in Exhibit C and will ensure that the <br />clay tennis court receives the specialized maintenance with the water <br />levels and grooming that are required. <br />P. Fees for Use of Facility. Santa Ana residents will continue to be <br />charged for use of the courts in accordance with the following <br />schedule: <br />Courts 1-9 <br />Weekdays: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $3.00/hr. per person <br />3:00 pm to close 55.00/hr. per person <br />S 1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Courts 1-9 <br />Weekends: <br />8:00 am to 1:00 pm $5.00`hr. per person <br />1:00 pm to close $3.00/hr. per person <br />$ 1.00/hr. per person discount for Santa Ana residents <br />Clay Court <br />Weekdays: <br />8:00 am to 3:00 pm $5.00/hr. per person <br />25E-7
