• The Contractor shall complete the schedule for each site in a manner which shall correspond to the weekly schedules. K. • The annual schedule shall be submitted for City approval within fifteen (15) calendar days after effective date of the contract. The Contractor shall submit revised schedules when actual performance differs substantially from planned performance. Weekly Schedule • Weekly schedule forms shall be provided by the Contractor indicating the major items of work to be performed in accordance with the performance requirements and further delineate the accomplishment by day of the week. • The Contractor shall complete the schedule for each item of work and each area of work. • Changes to the schedule shall be received by the Projects Manager or designee at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled time for the work. • Failure to notify of a change and/or failure to perform an item of work on a scheduled day may result in deduction of payment for that date, week, or month. • The Contractor shall adjust his/her schedule to compensate for all holidays and rainy days. Maintenance and litter removal shall be scheduled for all holidays and rainy days, unless otherwise indicated by the City. Daily Schedule • Daily completed performance sheet shall be emailed or delivered to the Projects Manager or designee before 4:00 p.m. each work day. • It shall list site locations and completion of each and notes for Projects Manager or designee. Changes to daily schedule can be made verbally or by email to the Projects Manager or designee. PERFORMANCE ON SCHEDULE The Contractor has been provided the maximum latitude in establishing work schedules which correspond to its manpower and equipment resources. The Contractor has also been provided the opportunity and procedure for adjusting those schedules to meet special circumstances. 25E-20
