PERSONNEL DISCLOSURE <br />28.1 CONTRACTOR shall make available to ADMINISTRATOR a current list of <br />all personnel providing services hereunder, including resumes and job <br />applications. Changes to the list will be immediately provided to <br />ADMINISTRATOR in writing, along with a copy of a resume and/or job <br />application. The list shall include: <br />28. Names of all full or part-time personnel by title, <br />including volunteer personnel, whose direct services are required to provide <br />the programs described herein; <br />28.1.2 A brief description of the functions of each position and <br />the hours each person works each week; or for part-time personnel, each day or <br />month, as appropriate; <br />28.1.3 The professional degree, if applicable, and experience <br />(AAM0313) <br />29 of 40 <br />(April 8, 2013)
