COUNTY shall not <br />unreasonably withhold written consent. <br />37. COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />ADMINISTRATOR will provide consultation and technical assistance, and <br />will monitor performance of CONTRACTOR in meeting the terms of this Agreement. <br />38. REFERRALS <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide services to individuals referred by <br />ADMINISTRATOR. <br />39. REPORTS <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide information deemed necessary by ADMINISTRATOR <br />to complete any State-required reports related to the services provided under <br />this Agreement. <br />CONTRACTOR shall maintain records and submit reports containing such <br />data and information regarding the performance of CONTRACTOR's services, costs <br />or other data relating to this Agreement, as may be requested by <br />ADMINISTRATOR, upon a form approved by ADMINISTRATOR. ADMINISTRATOR may <br />modify the provisions of this paragraph upon written notice to CONTRACTOR. <br />40. ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS <br />As applicable, CONTRACTOR shall comply with the mandatory standards and <br />policies relating to energy efficiency in the State Energy Conservation Plan <br />(Title 24, CCR). <br />41. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION STANDARDS <br />CONTRACTOR shall be in compliance with Section 306 of the Clean Air Act <br />[Title 42 USC Section 1857(h)], Section 508 of the Clean Water Act (Title 33 <br />USC Section 1368). Executive Order 11738 and Environmental Protection Agency, <br />hereinafter referred to as "EPA." regulations (Title 40 CFR Part 15), as any <br />may now exist or be hereafter amended.
