Section 41-631 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41-631. Zoning administrator, powers and duties. <br />The zoning administrator is authorized to act on minor exceptions, <br />when the a uthOFity +e se °n4 has been delegated as nrecnribeid in Fhis ar+inle as listed in section 41- <br />632(a)(3). <br />Section 33. Section 41-632 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41-632. Conditional use permit, variance and minor exception applications--Initiation, <br />scope. <br />(a) In accordance with the procedures outlined in this article, application may be <br />made for: <br />(1) Conditional use permit for a specific use of land or buildings in a land <br />use district wherein such use may be so conditionally permitted. <br />(2) Variance from the development standards to ure land 9F buildings-JR <br />a FnaRReF at YaF'aRre with the provisions of this chapter. <br />(3) Minor exception to obtain a waiver or modification of those zoning <br />provisions which pertain to the following: <br />(a) Lineal dimensions of yards. Modifications granted shall not <br />exceed by more than twenty (20) per cent the minimum requirements. <br />35 <br />75A-55
