(b) Separation between buildings and other structures. <br />Modifications granted shall not exceed by more than fifty (50) per cent the minimum requirement. <br />(c) Lot coverage. Modifications granted shall not exceed by more <br />than twenty (20) per cent the maximum coverage permitted. <br />(d) Height of buildings.
