Section 41-634 of Chapter 41 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code is <br />amended to read in full as follows: <br />Sec. 41-634. Same--Filing fees. <br />Every application under this chapter for a minor exception, variance, conditional <br />use permit or appeal to the planning commission or city council shall be accompanied by a filing <br />fee. No application shall be accepted for filing without the required fee, except that all <br />governmental agencies are exempted from the fee requirement. The city council shall from time to <br />time by resolution adopt a schedule of fees to be charged, a copy of which shall be maintained in <br />the office of the planning department. <br />Section 36.
