A. The exhaust fans at Structure D are serviced annually. The cost of servicing the <br />exhaust fans is a reimbursable expense. This is the only location that has exhaust fans. <br />34. How is the fuel for the generator maintained? Who is responsible for cost of the <br />system? <br />A. The fuel for the generator is maintained by the parking operator. This is a <br />reimbursable expense. <br />35. Is the revenue banked into the City account? <br />A. The Operator shall take every precaution to protect the City's revenue, and to ensure <br />that all sums due and owing the City from patrons of the Parking Facilities are properly <br />assessed, collected, accounted for, and deposited into a depository selected and approved <br />by the City or in parking operator's bank account with City approval. In addition, Within <br />ninety (90) days after the end of each accounting year, the Operator shall, at the Operator's <br />sole expense, submit to the City a Statement of Gross Receipts, audited by a Certified Public <br />Accountant, for each accounting year <br />36. Please clarify whether the 25 page maximum includes: <br />• Table of Contents <br />• Audited Financial Statement (Item A.8.a.) <br />• Transition Schedules (Item A.3.c. asks for a time implementation schedule — <br />this can be numerous pages) <br />• Dividers <br />• Exhibits <br />A. The 25 page maximum excludes front and back covers, section dividers and exhibits. <br />All other material submitted as part of the submittal requirements must be within the <br />allowed 25 page maximum. <br />37. Submittal Requirements, Item A.2. In consideration of page limitation, please <br />confirm whether bins are interchangeable with "brief resumes ?" <br />A. Yes, brief resumes are acceptable. <br />38. Page 10, Item A.9.c. Please clarify the requested proposal structure. Are we to <br />submit responses in order of Submittal Requirements, Item XVII, pages 8 -10? <br />A. Yes, the proposal structure should follow the order stated under Section XVII, <br />Submittal Requirements, pages 8 -10. <br />39. Exhibit A -4, page 30, Item 7 — Parking Control Equipment. Is this subcontract for <br />equipment servicing to be factored into the proposed monthly Flat fee, or is this <br />considered a reimbursable expense? <br />
