Noble Orange $1,241,630.60 <br />A total of four bids were received and all were deemed responsive. The lowest bid was submitted <br />by All American Asphalt, Inc., in the amount of $995,243. Their bid is 6.5 percent above the <br />Engineer's Estimate of $934,000, but is within a reasonable margin. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, this project is exempt from further <br />review. Categorical Exemption ER-2012-79 was filed for this project on December 5, 2012. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Project Cost Analysis, as shown in Exhibit 2, determined that the total funds needed to <br />deliver the project are $1,293,632, which includes the construction contract, construction <br />administration, inspection, testing, survey, and contingencies. Funding for McFadden Avenue <br />from West City Limit to Euclid is available in the Traffic Congestion Relief HUT 2013 Fund <br />(Account 05917663-66220).
