SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS All submissions shall include information in the format described below. Please submit information in appropriate detail to allow adequate review and evaluation of your qualifications. The SCQ must be organized in the following order and consist of the following elements and information: A. Development Team 1. Letter of Introduction - Include a summary of the respondent's basic qualifications, experience, past projects of similar nature and size, and reasons for interest in this opportunity. The letter signed by a principal or authorized officer who may make legally binding commitments for the entity. 2. Team Members - Identify members of the development team and provide a brief description of each team members including the following: • Principals involved in the project • Resumes of key team members • Describe team members proposed role and relevant experience with projects of similar nature and size • Team members' experience in and familiarity with development in Santa Ana • An organizational chart of the firm(s) • The name of the person authorized to negotiate on behalf of the developer • Identify the lead contact for the team • The developer should indicate past experience in working with his team B.
