The Selection Criteria identified in the <br />following section of this RFQ will be used to determine which respondents will be invited to <br />participate in a Request for Proposals (RFP). Following City Council approval of a preferred <br />Development Team through the RFP process, the parties are expected to enter into an <br />exclusive negotiating agreement during which time a detailed development program will be <br />developed and business terms will be negotiated. <br />SELECTION CRITERIA <br />The following criteria shall be used in analyzing all submissions and in recommending them for <br />further consideration: <br />1. The team's qualifications and experience in successfully completing comparable <br />developments. <br />2. The Developer's current financial capacity. <br />141Page <br />19H-22
