However, no representation or warranty is made with respect thereto. <br />The selected developer will be required to comply with all applicable laws, including labor laws <br />as codified in Labor Code Section 1720. <br />Those submitting responses to the RFQ assume all financial costs and risks associated with the <br />submission.
