Twenty -two percent of the completed interviews were completed on the first attempt, 21 % on <br />the second attempt, IS % were completed on the third attempt, 12% on the fourth attempt, 9% <br />on the fifth attempt, and 21 % were completed on the sixth attempt and higher.
