After three years <br /> of program efforts it appears the City will meet or exceed Consolidated Plan goals for transitional <br /> housing having so far assisted 212 individuals (five-year goal is to assist 350 individuals). <br /> Conversely, based on three years of program efforts, the City is off pace to rl& Consolidated Plan <br /> goals for homelessness prevention services, emergency housing, and per using. Exhibit 4 <br /> provides information regarding these homeless program efforts in tab nn feedback <br /> from homeless service providers, the primary reason program ongoing <br /> <br /> economic recession.
