H. SELF- EVALUATION <br />HUD requires that the City evaluate its annual accomplishments by comparing planned activities <br />versus actual outcomes, and evaluate if progress was made toward meeting Consolidated Plan <br />goals. To assist with this evaluation, HUD has suggested the City should consider the following <br />questions: <br />1. Are activities and strategies making an impact on identified ne <br />Most activities funded with HUD and other public resources have <br />period.
