The report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br />Production. <br />Waiting List <br />As of February 19, 2013, there were 3,048 individuals/families on the waiting list. The waiting list <br />last opened on October 1, 2007 and closed November 30, 2007. Charts 1 and 2 depict the <br />characteristics of those currently on the waiting list. <br />
