A-2013-079.01 <br />October 1, 2013. <br />SANTA ANA " <br />WORKFORCE <br />INVESTMENT BOARD <br />AGREEMENT MODIFICATION FOR <br />WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT YOUTH PROVIDER <br />Contractor: SANTA ANA, WORK CENTER/CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />Agreement#: A-2013-079 <br />The Santa Ana WORKICity of Santa Ana's Youth Service Provider Network (YSPN) Member Performance Plan <br />(Exhibit B) of Agreement A-2013-079 has been modified to reflect current enrollment goals and revised performance <br />standards released by the State Employment Development Department, effective July 1, 2013.
