o 5 Star Elevator will provide and maintain a telephone answering system with twenty -four (24), <br />seven (7) days per week service capable of contacting and dispatching service personnel. <br />o 5 Star Elevator will provide personnel fully trained and experienced in installation, <br />modernization, repair, and maintenance of various elevators and escalators. Provide <br />documentation to verify that the our personnel have valid California State Licenses for work they <br />are performing. <br />o 5 Star Elevator will perform all Work in accordance with generally accepted industry practice for <br />safe and efficient operation. <br />o 5 Star Elevator will identify and advise the City of Santa Ana Project Manager of any additional <br />maintenance or repair work that may be required to maintain the efficient operation and useful <br />life of the equipment. <br />Warranty <br />o 5 Star Elevator guarantees all repair work included in this agreement against any defects in <br />workmanship; and shall satisfactorily repair any such defects, at no cost to the City of Santa <br />Ana. Parts furnished under this Agreement shall be the latest improved models in current <br />production, as offered to commercial trade, and shall be of quality material <br />o The warranty period for Contractor provided materials shall be for a period not less one year <br />after completion of installation or within manufacturer warranty, whichever is the later period. <br />Work Plan Considerations <br />5 Star Elevator Service has no major issues or challenges with specifications or City of Santa Ana's <br />defined work plans. As with all government/public contracts; clear concise mutual communications <br />are key in a successful working partnership.
