Approve an amendment to the contract with Vision Environmental <br />Services to include the demolition of 1129 S. Orange, increase the <br />contract in the amount of $13,500 for a total contract amount not to <br />exceed $53,953, and authorize the Executive Director of the <br />Community Development Agency to execute all necessary documents. <br />2. Approve a project budget not to exceed $13,500. <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />Recommended that the Community Redevelopment Agency: <br />1. Approve an amendment to the contract with Vision Environmental <br />Services to include the demolition of 1129 S. Orange, increase the <br />contract in the amount of $13,500 for a total contract amount not to <br />exceed $53,953, and authorize the Executive Director of the <br />Community Development Agency to execute all necessary documents. <br />2.
