Additionally, the proposed project would not <br />involve any construction activities that would increase short - <br />term air quality and odor impacts. <br />III. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br />A. Have a substantial adverse impact, either directly or <br />through habitat modifications, on any species identified as <br />a candidate, sensitive or special status species in local <br />or regional plans, policies or regulations or by the <br />California Department of Fish and game or U.S. Fish and <br />Wildlife Services? <br />B. Have a substantial adverse impact on any riparian habitat <br />or natural community identified in local or regional plans, <br />policies, and regulations or by the California Department <br />of Fish and game or U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service? <br />C. Conflict with any local policies or ordinances protecting <br />biological resources, such as tree preservation policy or <br />ordinance? <br />No Impact <br />According to the California Department of Fish and Game Natural <br />Diversity Data Base, the SD -60 project area does not contain any <br />sensitive biological resources. Therefore, approval of the <br />proposed amendment to SD -60 would not have any direct or <br />indirect impacts on biological resources. <br />IV. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />A.
