Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside of <br />formal cemeteries. <br />No Impact <br />According to the Federal Register of Historic Resources, City of <br />Santa Ana Local Register of Historical Resources and the City's <br />General Plan Land Use Element EIR, there are no known cultural <br />resources within the SD -60 project area. Additionally, the SD -60 <br />project area is currently builtout. The probability for the <br />discovery of unknown resources would be low. Therefore, approval <br />of the proposed amendment to SD -60 would not result in any <br />impacts to known or unknown cultural resources. <br />IV. GEOLOGY /SOILS <br />(A -1) Rupture of a known earthquake fault, as delineated on <br />the most recent Alquist - Priolo Earthquake Fault Zoning <br />Map issued by the State geologist for the area or <br />based on other substantial evidence of a known fault? <br />(A -4) Landslides <br />No Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there <br />are no active earthquake faults, Alquist- Priolo Earthquake Zones <br />or landslides within the SD -60 project area~ Therefore, approval <br />and implementation of the proposed amendment to SD -60 would not <br />be subject to ground rupture impacts or landslide impacts. <br />(A -2) A -2. Strong Seismic Ground shaking? <br />No Impact <br />The SD -60 project area is situated within an active seismic <br />region of southern California. According to the General Plan <br />Land Use Element EIR, there,are 38 active faults within a 60- <br />mile radius of the City of Santa Ana. The Newport- Inglewood <br />Fault located eight miles south of the City is considered to be <br />one of the most dominant faults in regards to potential seismic <br />shaking impacts.
