Approval of the proposed project would <br />not involve any land use change or changes in land use <br />intensities that would generate additional traffic. Therefore, <br />approval of the proposed amendment to SD -60 would not have a <br />direct impact on traffic volumes, roadway configurations, <br />emergency access or level of services established in the County <br />of Orange Congestion Management Plan or alternative modes of <br />transportation within the project area. <br />C. Result in a change in air traffic patterns, including <br />either an increase in traffic levels or a change in <br />location that results in substantial safety risks? <br />No Impact <br />Approval proposed amendment to SD -60 would not have any adverse <br />impacts on air traffic patterns, in that the existing buildings <br />incorporated into the SD -60 project area are no more than 2- <br />stories in height and would not interfere with air traffic <br />patterns. <br />F.
