Adopt a resolution approving Tentative Tract Map No. 2004 -01 (County <br />Map No. 16558) as conditioned. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Request of Applicant <br />Greystone Homes is requesting approval of an amendment to the Specific <br />Development No. 71 (SD -71) zoning standards, a conditional use permit and <br />site plan approval to allow construction of 108 live -work units at 900 -920 <br />East Santa Ana Boulevard, 901 -927 East Santa Ana Boulevard and 920 North <br />Santiago Street. <br />'property Description <br />The subject sites are approximately 4.48 acres in area and consist of two <br />parcels.
