Amendment to Agreement with <br />Clark & Green Associates for <br />:andscape Design Services <br />May 3, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br />entries, it has become necessary to evaluate the mall's interior common <br />area landscaping in conjunction with the existing dealers. This will <br />result in a more cohesive approach to upgrading the appearance of the <br />mall. <br />It is recommended that the Agency amend the agreement with Clark & Green <br />Associates to allow additional work to be performed for the Auto Mall and <br />for other Agency projects, should the need arise. Clark & Green, <br />represented by Mike Green, is a very experienced landscape architecture <br />firm. In fact, Mr. Green was directly involved in the initial landscape <br />design and development of the Santa Ana Auto Mall. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the proposed <br />request is not considered a project; therefore, no further action is <br />required. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the South Main Redevelopment Capital Project <br />account (account no. 552- 936 -6291, project no. 9257). <br />JoVa P.
