A. METHODOLOGY <br />To obtain information necessary for the preparation of this Plan, interviews were conducted <br />over a two week period in November 2005. Inquiries made of residential occupants <br />concerned household size and composition, income, monthly rent, length of occupancy, <br />ethnicity, home language, and physical disabilities. A sample of the residential interview <br />form used in the interview process is presented in Exhibit A. <br />Interviewers were successful in obtaining survey responses from 26 of 29 occupied <br />households. Despite several attempts, 3 households could not be reached. Additional <br />information gathered bythe Developerfrom Project householdswas utilized forpreparation <br />of this Plan to confirm and, when available, add to information obtained from interviews. <br />One unit was confirmed vacant at the time of the interviews. <br />- EY11 VF / ;'l:t *YJ*&1 <br />The known resident population within the Project totals 100 individuals. Among this group, <br />there are 61 adults and 39 children. The 30 units included in this Plan now contain 30 <br />rentable studio apartments. <br />1. Occupancy <br />The breakdown of households by family size is as follows: <br />There is an average of 3.4 occupants per unit in the Project.
