Household Income <br />Income data were obtained from 29 households. According to income standards for <br />the County of Orange (Exhibit B) adjusted for family size as published by the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), 7 Project area <br />tenant households qualify as extremely low income (30% or less of median), 15 <br />qualify as very low income (31%-50% of median), and 7 as low income (51%-80% <br />of median). Demographic Summary <br />Of the 100 currently known residents, there are 61 adults and 39 children. The <br />ethnic distribution in the Project is 100% Hispanic with Spanish reported as their <br />primary household language in majorityof households.
