James Gartner & <br />Associates, Architects, Inc. was selected as the most responsive <br />proposal. The total amount of the proposal was $63,700. Agency staff <br />is recommending a total budget of $72,000 which includes $8,300 for <br />reimbursable expenses and contingencies. <br />The architect will be responsible for the preparation and submittal of <br />all necessary drawings, specifications and engineering for the <br />relocation and rehabilitation of the homes. The architect will <br />collaborate with City Agencies, French Park and Lacy Neighborhoods.
