HUIZAR, Clerk of the Council <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />• Barbara Lamere, member of Windsor Village Neighborhood Association, <br />commented on need for open space at Centennial Park; land granted by Federal <br />government to be used for recreational purposes. <br />• Steve McGuigan, representing Riverview West Neighborhood Association, spoke of <br />Santa Ana College facilities at Centennial Park <br />o Executive Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, Gerardo <br />Mouet indicated that matter would be agendized at upcoming Parks, <br />Recreation, Education, and Youth Council Committee meeting. <br />• Patricia Michel, member of Windsor Village Neighborhood Association, commented <br />on loss of open space due to other users at Centennial Park. <br />• Alex Vega, supports open space; no additional educational facilities needed. <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 1 OCTOBER 21, 2013 <br />
