Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an agreement subject to non - substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />AGMT NO. 2013 -160 - With the State Office of Traffic Safety for <br />Sobriety Checkpoint Grant funds for one year in an amount not to <br />exceed $157,800. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
